  22. You need 3 of Bay leaf.
  23. Use 1 of Cinnamon stick.
  24. Provide 7-8 of Black peppercorn (sabit Kali mirch).
  25. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Instructions to make Beef Yakhni Pulao:

  1. Take a big pan add all yakni ingredients with 10 glass of water & cook for approx 2 hours or until beef gets tender. Remove meats & bone and measures yakni it almost 6 cups (if you have more then burn it or if you have less then add water). Yea step ap phelay se b kar ke rakh sakty.

  4. Add fried onion & Kewra water & put on dum for couple of minutes.
