- Now bhoonofy well.... Add diced onions.... Just saute for a minute...and turn off the heat...let it cool on room temperature then add all remaining ingredients... coriander. cummin powder.. green chillies... Mix well.
- Now take ready made samosa pati..... Make paste of flour then make a cone with samosa sheet add 2 tbs of masala and cover it completely and then seal by applying flour paste at the end....
- Heat plenty or enough oil in a wok and fry samosas on medium to high flame... Until golden brown..... Yeah delicious samosas are ready......
